Shipping & Returns

UK Shipping

Most in-stock items ship the same or next working day from our UK warehouse. Larger items are shipped by pallet or courier with a tracked service. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size and weight.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. For international orders, please get in touch before purchasing so we can quote shipping accurately and confirm any customs documentation needed for your country.

Inspections

Every item is bench-checked before listing. Photographs show actual condition. If you'd like additional photos or a closer look at any item before buying, just ask.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days for any item that arrives not as described. Items returned must be in the same condition they were shipped. Please contact us first to arrange a return so we can provide return instructions.

Items sold "for parts or not working" are sold as-described and are not returnable unless they differ materially from the listing description.

Damaged in transit

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the situation.
